The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer who can develop, operate and maintain two of our network locations. Nettstadane lottstift.no and hjelpelinjen.no is run and emphasised in the publication tool (CMS) WordPress and the editing tool we use is Gutenberg. WordPress installation is currently berthing on dedicated servers in Decode's operational environment at DigitalOcean in Frankfurt with Ubuntu, nginx / PHP, MySQL. The server is covered by Decode their operational duty scheme 24/7/365 which has 5 additions in rotation. We have a need for services connected to • Operation of a server for nettstadane • technical updating of the WP installation in order of fixed deadlines. • system development in connection with changes, updates and further development of nettstadane • strategic and digital consulting • Correction of errors • ensure integrations with other operational systems in the Lottery and Foundation Authority. works and is well documented
