II.1.4) Trumpas aprašymas:

The museums Arven as develop Stiklestad for a new thousand years, through an ongoing preliminary project. Proneo as has, thus, been engaged as a project manager after a competition that has been held in accordance with the procurement regulations part I. The museums Arven AS contract Proneo AS for further project management until the contracting of the turnkey contractor for interaction is contracted for the interaction phase. This is a process that will continue until approx. 01.03.25. The museums Arven AS considers that it is unsuitable for the process of engaging a new project manager in the middle of the current phase of the project. The museums Arven AS plans to announce and contract project management for the remaining parts of the project in accordance with part III of the procurement regulations, with a planned phasing-in of a new project manager from January 2026. The Arven museums consider Proneo as to be the only supplier who can enter into a contract in the middle of this process. This is an assessment in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations § 21-5.
