IKTNH shall hold a tender contest for the delivery of copies, printouts and scanning as a service. A cooperative purchasing agreement has been signed with SYSIKT for this competition. We consider all participating municipalities in this joint procurement to be a joint tender competition. The municipalities of Alver, Aurland, Austrheim, Austevoll, Etne, Fedje, Gulen, Masfjorden, Modalen, Osterøy, Samnanger, Sveio have established a joint ICT operations company, IKT Nordhordland municipal co-operation (IKTNH). IKTNH has entered into operational cooperation with Tysnes, Vaksdal and Vindafjord. These municipalities have partnered with IKTNH in this tender competition. SYSIKT KO includes the following 8 municipalities; Askvoll, Fjaler, Hyllestad, Høyanger, Solund, Vik, Luster, Sunnfjord. This enquiry is mainly for: 1. Copy print out and scanning on MFP as a service 2. Secure printout system 3. Reports on consumption and changes in consumption patterns. The systems shall be operated cost efficiently for all parts of each municipality. In addition they shall also be optimised across the service areas within each municipality. The aim is a future orientated and environmentally rich system prepared for new services. The systems shall be in continuous development and the municipalities shall be offered new technologies as and when they become available and interesting. The functionality shall be available after the simplest possible price model (purchase/hire) that does not limit development and with the greatest possible integration between different services and technologies. There will also be a requirement that the systems support an ever closer cooperation between the different municipalities. This is so that at all times use available resources as efficiently as possible.
