The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency invites tenderers to submit tenders for the following two assignments: Framework agreement I: digital course before certificate of apprenticeship in cleaning and Framework agreement II: digital course for middle managers in cleaning management. None of the courses need to be exclusive for The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency, so that other course participants can also participate in parallel. A tenderer can participate in one or both sub-areas. Two different suppliers can win the two competitions. The aim of competition no. I is to ensure a framework agreement in order for FB to offer its cleaners digital courses in preparation for exams in certificates of cleaning. The aim of competition no. II is to secure a framework agreement II so that FB can offer its managers and middle managers digital courses within the management of personnel within cleaning.
