This preliminary market consultation serves the purpose of providing the contracting authority with information about solutions available on the market with the aim of preparing a planned procurement procedure. Once the preliminary market consultation has been completed, the results will be evaluated by the contracting authority and will probably be incorporated in the tender documents for the intended procurement procedure in a neutralised manner.
