SCOPE OF THE PROCUREMENT Scope of the procurement is a new treasury system, including technical systems and systems integration services required for implementation as well as other services in accordance with the description of the procurement as further defined on Annex 1 "Procurement description" of the final invitation to tender. The procurement process was carried out as a Competitive dialogue (negotiated procedure) pursuant to the Public Procurement and Concessions Act (1397/2016, Public Procurement Act). VALUE OF THE CONTRACT The value given in the field "Value of all contracts awarded in this procedure" is an estimated based on the total comparison price of the winning tenderer including the following: - implementation project of the solution - solution subscription and services estimated and calculated for ten years - separately ordered expert services estimated and calculated for ten years Possible price amendments (e.g. index increases) during the contract term are not taken into account in the above mentioned estimate.
