BackgroundAs part of the work of strengthening innovation capacity, Drammen municipality facilitates streamlining of the work processes through increased use of technology and automation. This applies for both service production and in internal processes. By adopting new methods and tools, the municipality would like to form the basis for continual improvement and development, and the implementation of a new administrative management system (ERP) is an important part of this process. The municipal executive has implemented a preliminary project for the procurement of a new administrative management system (ERP). The objective of the project is to procure a new ERP system that supports the national and municipality ́s digitalisation strategy in the best possible way: Phase out older technology, processes and systems that hinder effective digitalisation Developer and introduces secure and user-friendly digital solutionsForces work on automation of processes by using technologyUser data to create more efficient service Forces cooperation with the supplier industry on the development of future services Developer municipality ́s organisational ability for digital transformationDay's ERP system includes, among other things, finance/accounts, project management, wages, personnel, logistics and procurements. In addition the system is integrated with a number of surrounding trade systems. The final scope for the new system has not yet been decided, and we would like input on this in the market dialogue. The market dialogue framework municipality invites ERP platform suppliers and implementation partners to a market dialogue for a new ERP system. The aim of the market dialogue is to form the basis for a good procurement process, increase the predictability of suppliers, attract more tenderers and strengthen the competition. The market dialogue will be carried out in three stages: Joint supplier meeting (supplier conference) Market survey with answers to the market dialogue formIndividual supplier meetings, Stage 1, Joint Supplier Meeting will be 05.11.2025. After the joint supplier meeting, tenderers are asked to confirm their intention to participate in the tender process in writing via Mercell to Deadline: 12.11.2025 Stage 2 Market dialogue will be carried out as a questionnaire that will be sent out during the supplier conference. After the survey, we invite tenderers who confirmed their intention to participate in the tender process, preferential 3 individual supplier meetings in Drammen Town Hall for dialogues on selected topics. The following days are set aside for individual supplier meetings: 04.12.202505.12.2025 Invitation with agenda will be sent out after the deadline for registering their interest in participating in the process.
