Infill of Internal Courtyard, construction of special education classroom, c. 96 sq. m., and associated works at Castlecomer Community School, Donaguile, Castlecomer, Co. Kilkenny -. Demolish existing structures, remove existing paving and concrete slab, adjust drainage, construct foundations, erect new steelwork structural frame, fit roofing and cladding and external glazing. Plasterwork externally at high level over new roof structure. Remove existing internal screens and replace with fire rated glazed screens, construct plasterboard linings and partitions. Complete mechanical, electrical installations, construct new stairs to ground floor level. Complete all building finishes, new joinery, floor coverings, painting, decoration, sanitary fittings, wall tiling and stair finishes. Commission and certify all services and installations. Clean and handover. Due to location within the school building works to be carried out substantially at weekends, late evening works and during mid term school breaks, ensuring total completion and handover for new school term, 28th August 2025
