Orkland municipality shall construct a new main treatment plant at Orkanger, which shall clean the sewage water from the village of Orkanger-Fannrem. The treatment plant shall be located in the industrial area Grønøra east, approx. 200 m from the current treatment facility. The new treatment facility, also called GORA (Gammelosen treatment facility), shall be dimensioned to handle an organic strain equivalent to 38,000 pe. This procurement is for a turnkey contract for buildings.
