Sandnes municipality needs a comprehensive parking system that meets the needs of the municipality ́s parking department. This involves both a modern control and enforcement tool, a customer portal/app for closures, as well as a system for administration and case handling of installations.
Important needs will i.a. be;
- System that safeguards the officers ́ assignment with enforcement.
- System that facilitates the customer being able to see the inlays and be able to complain about these
- Printout with a QR code.
- System for automatic sladding of pictures and license plates.
- Efficient handling of wrongly parked electric scooters
- Case handling system that can be used by several with distribution of assignments.
- System that supports application and processing of HC cases.
- System that has the possibility of processing permissions of different types. E.g. a housing zone, purchased permits and municipal permits.
The total need is specified in the attached requirement specification.
