On behalf of FKN (County North), hereafter called the contracting authority, Troms County invites tenderers to a written market dialogue in connection with preparations for a procurement for a framework agreement telephony. The framework agreement is for IP telephony and mobile telephony with associated functionalities, administrative and commercial systems, as well as the procurement of mobile telephones with accessories. The contracting authority would like to share a draft of the requirement specifications and qualification requirements, as well as general information on the competition for a hearing, which we hope relevant suppliers can answer. The response can be sent directly in the document, or as a separate response and delivered digitally here in Mercell.Deadline for feedback is set at 22.12.2025. If there is a need for an extended feedback deadline, this can be clarified further via the communication tab in Mercell.
