    II.1.4) Trumpas aprašymas:

Tenderers are hereby invited to a market dialogue for the procurement of Licences for reference works and learning platforms for radiology, Helse Nord. The market dialogue is a part of the preliminary work for the procurement and is being carried out as the contracting authority would like input for the procurement from potential suppliers, possibly also from other interested parties. As a part of this process, tenderers of relevant electronic reference systems and learning platforms are invited to decision support within radiology to provide input for the procurement.   The radiologic departments in Helse Nord currently have different access to reference systems, clinical decision support and learning platforms. There is a need for a combined, regional agreement that ensures equal access to digital resources across the enterprises. Such a system will contribute to better quality of the service, establish a common standard for education and strengthen the professional environment - which can also promote recruitment.  The licences are intended to be used in clinical practice and for specialist education. The need is mainly aimed at radiologists, but it is also useful for descriptive radiographers and others who work with image diagnostics.  Joint access will give the radiology subject in Helse Nord a solid foundation for quality, learning and collaboration - for the best interests of patients in the entire region.
