In accordance with the Norwegian Public Procurement Regulation (FOA) § 21-5, it is hereby informed that the Center for Lifespan Changes in Brain and Cognition (LCBC) intends to enter into a framework agreement for analyzing and reporting dried blood spot samples. The agreement will mainly cover deliveries of dried blood spot test kits and analyzing and reporting dried blood spot samples. In addition, the agreement will cover a smaller scope of analyses of tau protein in EDTA plasma. The framework agreement will last for 2 years + 1 year + 1 year (4 years total), and the value is estimated to 5 MNOK exclusive VAT. The maximum value is 6 MNOK exclusive VAT. Our research of the market through an RFI on TED did not identify any other suppliers that could meet the outlined needs. Thus, the conditions set out in FOA § 13-4 letter b, point 2 are fulfilled. The contract shall be entered into on 5 January 2026.
