Sigdal municipality would like to enter into a contract with Sigdal Utvikling AS for business development. The contract shall ensure a binding and long-term cooperation between Sigdal municipality and Sigdal Utvikling AS in order to promote business development, settlement and visitor activity in Sigdal.  The cooperation shall contribute to implementing the targets in the Topic Plan for Business. Sigdal Utvikling AS is committed to being a unifying actor for the business sector in Sigdal, and facilitate for cooperation between business actors, the municipality and other relevant parties. Execute projects and initiatives in accordance with the Business Theme Plan, with particular focus on: ·       Development of the visitor industry and the tourism offer. ·       Strengthening the centre areas in Prestfoss and Eggedal. ·       Facilitation of business parks and business areas. ·       Measures to attract and retain labour. ·       Fostering sustainable and digital systems. Financial framework: Sigdal municipality undertakes to procure business development services for a sum of NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT in the contract period. The amount is paid on the basis of the invoice 01.01 each year. The amount is fixed during the entire agreement period. Any indexation of the amount will be assessed annually in the municipality ́s budget and financial plan. Duration: The contract will be valid from 01.01.2026-31.12.29 ,with a mutual 1 year notice period. The notice period will be from the date of termination. In the period after notice of termination, the parties are entirely bound by the content of this contract. Deadline for objections: The deadline for objections to signing the contract is 5 January 2026.
