This document is not a contract notice or a request for tenders, but a request for information for potential suppliers and request to participate in a market survey conducted by the Contracting Authority as referred to in Section 65 of the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts.

The request does not obligate the Contracting Authority to carry out the actual procurement procedure. All information presented in this request is preliminary and indicative, and does not commit to any specific solution. Suppliers will not be paid any compensation for responding to the request or participating in the market survey.
OBJECTIVES FOR THE SUBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT
Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences (also “Haaga-Helia” or “Contracting Authority”) is preparing a procurement, the subject of which is Mobility Management System for Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences. The objective is to acquire a SaaS-based off-the-shelf solution covering student and staff exchange processes.
The goal of the Contracting Authority is to enter into a contractual relationship with a supplier who, based on their previous experience, is capable of delivering the system subject to the procurement and maintaining it, and is otherwise capable of fulfilling their contractual obligations throughout the contract period.
The estimated validity period of the Agreement is 3 years from the signing of the Agreement, after which the Agreement continues as valid until further notice.
