The difference between the parts is only the geographical area that the contract applies to.
The objective of the agreement is to meet the contracting authority ́s need for crushed stone, gravel and rock masses in accordance with THE NORWEGIAN Institute of Public Construction and Design(s).

It is a prerequisite that the tenderer has sufficient capacity to cover the customer ́s needs at any given time.

gravel and rock masses to handle this agreement. This means that the tenderer shall not go
out of the agreement product at the tenderer ́s storage/sales place during the contract period.
The range of use of the contract products is broad; roads, ditches, re-filling masses etc. It is set up to
retrieval when the need arises.
The procurement is divided into the following lots:
Part 1: Applies to the area "Gamle Ålesund kommune" and sand for the entire Ålesund municipality:
Tenderers shall have stores locally in the Ålesund area, maximum 15 km from Ålesund municipality ́s
central warehouse in Borgundfjordveien.

Part 2: Applies for the whole of Ålesund municipality as well as the "Gamle Ålesund municipality".
Sand is not a part of this part. Tenderers shall have stores locally in the Inner and Northern areas in a radius of 15 km from the centre of Sjøholt.
