Within our work in supporting immune monitoring activities for the Immunotherapy Center, we have identified opportunities for expanding our antibody panels beyond 60 parameters and include imaging data in our high-throughput workflow, which is important for the assessment of cell function, differentiation, activation status, and interaction with other cells. To be able to do this, we are looking for a scientific instrument that complies to ALL of the following characteristics: 1. Flow cytometer able to perform spectral unmixing 2. Capable of analyzing cells at high speed (at least 200 ul/min) 3. Able to resolve deep UV dyes and infrared dyes with multiple detectors 4. Able to do high-resolution imaging (camera-based) 5. Able to resolve small particles detection (50 nm) 1
