Statnett’s administrative office in Trondheim is located at Anne Martha Kvams road 6 in Risvollan. Approximately 180 employees work at the office. In addition, SINTEF is located in the neighboring building at Anne Martha Kvams vei 35. The assignment covers seasonal operation and maintenance of the outdoor areas. The purpose of the agreement is, among other things, to ensure snow clearing, sanding and salting, so that roads, pedestrian and bicycle paths, and parking areas remain safely accessible. Summer maintenance shall contribute to functional, pleasant and well-maintained outdoor areas. See Appendix 1, the Client’s requirements specification, for further information on needs, performance requirements, and a map of the area. A framework agreement shall be entered into with one supplier.
