Sykehusinnkjøp HF intends, on behalf of Helse Bergen HF, to enter into a procurement agreement with TIMIK AS for the procurement of two. Full-bodypletysmography, one for Haukeland University Hospital and one for Voss Hospital, as well as 1 pcs. Vyntus ONE with CPX. The agreement shall also include an option for service, service courses, loan equipment/module, licences, laser colour printer, Vyntus ONE DL, modules/measurements and spare/wearing parts. According to the public procurement regulations § 13-4 first section letter b no. 2, the Contracting Authority can hold a procurement without a competition if the procurement concerns services that can only be provided by a specific tenderer, as competition for technical reasons is not possible.
