The contract is for the delivery of DLE - inspection and inspection services for zone 1 Aust-Agder, zone 2 Vest-Agder. and zone 3 Drammen and Hadeland. The prequalification was held in Achilles UNCE before qualified tenderers were invited to a negotiated procedure in accordance with part II of the regulations. Four tenderers were invited to a competition. Each zone was evaluated separately. The winner was chosen on the basis of the tender with the best relationship between price or cost and quality in each zone. The contract was awarded to EL-TILSYNET AS in each zone 17.09.25. The contract was signed after the waiting period expired 30.09.25. This notice will be published after the contract has been awarded in order to ensure transparency and compliance with the utilities regulations ́ requirements.
