: 1. Pirkėjas sumoka Tiekėjui už faktiškai užsakytas ir tinkamai patiekus licencijas, per 30
kalendorinių dienų nuo atitinkamo Akto pasirašymo ir sąskaitos gavimo dienos. 2. Už tinkamai suteiktas diegimo
paslaugas (už kiekvieną atskirą etapą, jeigu diegimas vykdomas etapais) sumokama per 30 kalendorinių dienų
nuo atitinkamo Akto pasirašymo ir sąskaitos gavimo dienos. Apmokėjimai vykdomi už atskirus etapus tik tais
atvejais, kai įdiegtu Sistemos funkcionalumu galima pilnai naudotis. 3. Už tinkamai suteiktas Vystymo paslaugas
sumokama šalims pasirašius atitinkamą Aktą, per 30 (trisdešimt) kalendorinių nuo Akto pasirašymo ir sąskaitos
gavimo dienos. 4. Tiekėjas per 2 (dvi) darbo dienas nuo Prekių / Paslaugų perdavimopriėmimo akto pasirašymo
pateikia PVM sąskaitą – faktūrą ir pasirašytą Prekių / Paslaugų perdavimopriėmimo aktą Pirkėjui.
